15th May 2009 and before that.

Wow, been a long while since I last blog.

Well, May things happened this few mouths. I will try to see if I'm able to remember and make it short.

Maybe counting backward is easier. ok.



14th May ~ Brainless toilet contractor

1) Started to hack the Kitchen toilet on 11th May. Removed the bowl, the door and tiles. Flatten the cement surface.

2) Put on a layer of water proof sealing before they lay the tiles on 12th May.

3) Installed the new toilet bowl and necessary pipping on 13th May.

4) On 14th May, They began to hack the master bedroom toilet without installing the door for the kitchen toilet. Mum called me. I called up the contractor's office and asked them. This lady told me the instruction was to install a door, but that is meant for the master bedroom one. WTF, that contractor who came that day measured the kitchen toilet, told me to removed it and replaced with another door now tell me the door is meant for the room one??? Who in the right frame of mind would asked to remove the door and do not want to install another one. No choice but to F them.

Assigned this job to my sis who was on leave and at home helping me to monitor them.
She did hell of a good job pushing and screwing them. Wow, I'm impressed. She did mentioned to them. If the door is not here by 4pm, then we will not pay a single cents. Guess what, the joker came with the door at 3.45pm. My sis was disappointed and asked them, why you come so early har? The guy replied, orrh.. cos office tell me I have to be here by 4pm...haha...

Bedroom toilet should finished by this sat 16th May. NO MORE BATHTUB!!! sob sob...


13th May ~ My dearest sister Doris birthday.

1) Viv secured an interview for job. It ended around 7+pm. She took a cab and spend $20+ for it just to join us for a simple celebration for Doris.

2) MRT malfunction, forcing Mavis & Hawker to alight @ AMK & took a cab back to join us.

3) Francis's car, battery flat. No choice, he got to grab a bus and rushed down from Woodlands.

Overall, despite all these, we managed to have a happy and simple celebration for Doris.


Make this real short.

In the month of April & May, Viv helped me a lot to settle the mess that we (Lawrence, Kevin and myself made in the year 2003)

In short, her efforts, support in term of moral and financially will not be forgotten. Now got to see what else I need to do to get this settle fast and have a piece of mind.
