A quick short blog

OK, this is a quick short one.

Yesterday evening at 9.27pm, was with my darling and this is the most funniest request that I've ever heard. Hey Jeff, reserved your toilet and let me wash ok? hahaha.. so funny but sweet of her to offer such services. I seriously believed that no other people other than her and would asked for this request... Y? cos she loves me...

To add on to this short blog. this is my 17 days @ a new work place and I dun really like this place cos the sup is something like always looking for credit, annoucing to the whole world how hard working she is, when ask her question, she pretend not too sure, then ask me to go ask the boss, then when I go ask the boss, she would jump in and say oh,, this is the way to do the stuff..blah blah blah.. F#%$ing bitch. Anyway, I will not be bother with such low subtance creature and continue to work till I find a better lobang. Cos I need the dough to maintain the house as well as my mistress and trying all means to save up for the sake of wanting to have a beautiful future with my dearest tweetie.

A day to remember (11th Jan 2009) PR STATUS

111008. This was the day. The day when I applied for Permanent Residence through an email into someone's heart. I was put on a 3 month Employment Pass (subjected to extension or immediate termination) if I did not fulfill up to the expectation of the owner.

Finally. the day has arrived. 110109 (Midnight), I received a sms from the owner.

"Dear Mr. Sim, this sms serves to confirm that your application for PR has been approved wef 11th Jan 2009, upon successful completion of 3 mths probation under your employment pass status.
Congratulations, and looking forward to a continuous friendship and growing, loving relationship with you. Sincerely, Princess Darling Tweetie :D."

From that day on. Finally, I've got my PR at last. Now, the real journey just began. I will be looking forward to some changes. Eg. Anger management and will add in later when I happen to think of it.

I believed this road will be challenging as I will not be the other one who will be put to the test. The owner of the heart, Tweetie will be put to the test too. Reason, it requires both our comittment to build a world of our own. Along the way, we will be tested on things like "give & take, forgive & forget, love and be loved, empathy, understanding and lots more."

I will treasure this PR status and will be working towards a harmonious, fun, loving, exciting, caring, understanding and happy relationship.

As for conversion to Citizenship. The owner of the heart and the PR status personnel will have a heart to heart discussion over this when they feel it is the right time. :)

To my dearest V,

I really appreciate those days while I was not working whereas your work was drowning you & you still took time off from your rest and keep me company after your hectic work, on top of that, with so much energy and smile. This is something that not many people can do.

Even after you quited, there are many things which you plan to do, you shelve up some of them to make time for us to be together. I appreciate that too.

Now that I started working again & cannot use this time to spend with you (mon to fri 8.30 to 5.30pm), so I guess this will be the best time for you to do those things that you plan to do, of course those which we are supposed to do together, like exercise and some of the other things, I'm still game on. ;)

Please don't take it that I am telling you what to do becos both of us know you know what to do...(aiya, u know what I meant right? Sometimes, what I type, I may have misinterpret what I am meant, but whatever I type here, it's all the good things that is really what I meant to say to you) But bear this in mind, Whenever you need me, just call my name and I'll be there. (anytime, anywhere)

The appreciation that I have for you is more than what is stated here by saying I REALLY APPRECIATED WHAT YOU HAVE DONE. I know that even if I did not say it here, I know you know that I appreciate what you done for me through the actions that I have taken all these while. This is only one of the way that we can have it recorded for our future library to show you how much you mean to me.

1st day @t work in new office

Started off with a lousy night. Couldn't get to sleep. Got into bed @ around 12.15am, woke up @ 1.30, then 2.30 then 3.30 then 4.30 then 7 when my alarm rang.

Wake up, brush up and do the necessary things. Set off @ 7.30am as it is always jammed @ CTE towards AMK.

Today the traffic seems quite smooth. I reached the office which is located @ Kampong Ampat (around Mcpherson area) @ around 8.10am.

Rang the office door bell as I do not have the access card. Vn (who is the sup) opened the door for me, showed me to the cubicle where I'm supposed to work.

Didn't have breakfast, but she bought donuts so offer me one. The 1/2 half, simply CBL, check personal email, facebook, browse through company website to understand more of it. During lunchtime, I skipped lunch and went to my car to take a 20 mins nap (with engine off and windows wind down)

Woke up ard 12.35, go downstairs had a cup of coffee then go back office ard 12.55pm.
She showed me some of the office things that she is working and trying on as it was a new thing and she pretty new to it too. so trial & errors.

The office was super quiet, occasionally the sales guy will come to the gal in front of me to have a short chitchat, otherwise, can hear only the MD talking over the phone loudly. Honestly, I do not have a very good impression abt him as he was the one that conducted the 2nd interview with me and belittle me. (saying what I was doing in my previous company which is much bigger than this current company was only 20% of what is expected of me over here.) I know I did not set a good impression to him too as I am not a great pretender otherwise I would have been a rich insurance agent by now. Oh ya, anyway, as a MD, you should at least carry yourself like an MD. Even if you don't like the staff, you should in a way welcome him / her on their first day. Sigh... what to do? Hack him. haha..

Anyway, it was Vn that convinced and says that she wants me to help her out of the other two candidates. One not from this trade and the other one was my ex-colleague but Vn do not want her as she was a Filipino. Whether she is biased against Filipino, it's not my concern. Anyway, I was employed at a pay cut. Well, I discussed with my dear who enlighten my view and telling me say just try first, dun like then kiss them good-bye or if I really need the dough, then have to bear with it until the next luxury ship arrive. (something like that)

Anyway, throughout the 2nd half of the day, again I was CBL ing. Then msn Carol (frd), Grace & Shirley (ex-colleague) as well as Candy (Ex-colleague in China). TCSS with them then around 5.30, Vn msn me and say she's going back @ 5.30 and if I want to go back too, I can, well, I'm dying to as I'm bored to tears.

Then I offered her a ride to somewhere around Serangoon Road, along the way for me to go home too where it actually cut short a journey a lot. Not a bad way to score some point in the initial stage of work. (a win win situation) After that, I headed straight home, I was home around 6.18pm. pretty early. Msg my dearest to let her I'm home @ the same time checking to see if she is feeling much better. I called her after that, chat for a while. Glad to know she is feeling better than yesterday. Had my dinner after that. Watch 7pm ch 8 show, then now blogging here.

Something just struck my mind. Starting a new job is like starting a new relationship, it involves the feeling, and that kind of senses that you know, when you think it is right, it is right...
Though my feeling towards this job is not that good, but as I need the dough to survive, I will press on to see how it goes while @ the same time waiting for the right opportunity to come.

Fortunately, I count my blessing. So far, my r/s with my dear is going strong and I'm going to strive all the way to make it better and stronger as times goes by and of cos she also must play a part to make this work lah which I believed she will becos I trust that both of us really treasure this r/s and are serious about it.

Hmm.. today seems like one of the longest day that my sayang and I didn't communicate. Oh boy, I sure miss her, but then again, both of us are grown up, we should know our priority. (As long as she knows my mind and heart are always with her, I'm satisfied)

I surely know that I will miss her even more on 13 to 17th this month as she will be going overseas to attend her relative wedding.

Enough of the mushy stuffs or too much is not good.. haha..

Oh well, I hope tomorrow will be a better day.

My detailed maiden trip with my sweetie (Part 2)

Back from the holiday with my love.

Summary of this trip;

* For this trip, we brought along 3 bottles of wines for the 3 nights
1) Wolf Blass yellow label (red wine)
2) Wolf Blass marron label (red wine)
3) Martini Asti (white bubbly wine)

We had our 1st bottle on the 1st night in the room, the 2nd one @ a tent outside of Theme park Hotel and the last bottle in the room again. On top of this, she bought along 2 small bottles. one was a ice wine and the other one was Chivas.


Depart Genting: 311208 @ 1430hrs
Arrive SGP(Boon Lay Shopping Centre): 311208 @ 2145hrs

271208 around 2140hrs, arrived @ West Mall.

No doubts she travel more frequent than me and having more & heavier luggages than this trip with me, that was all before we are together hence I have no excuse as to help her with the luggages. Furthermore, this trip we are going together therefore I will have to assist with the carrying of her luggage. She was not ready, so she drove over to West Mall and pick me up to her place 1st. We stayed there for about 20 mins in her room where she was doing her final check.
Set off to Golden Mile and we had a big pow & a can of Singha before the journey.

281208 around 0530hrs, arrived Genting Highland (First World Hotel)

The journey took about 6 to 7 hrs from SGP to Genting. When we first stepped down of the coach, we could feel the cold nice breeze & wind blowing right @ us. The feeling of reaching our destination safe and sound was great as we are mentally ready for our 1st holiday together.
We walked from the bus terminal to First World Hotel where we were going to stay. @ the lobby, the Q for just taking a Q number was quite long, as I am the (luggage boy), she was so sweet that she told me to find a seat first, put the luggage down and rest where she stand and Q for the Q number. Awww.. So sweet...

While she was @ the Q around 0537hrs, I was sitting @ the lobby running my eyes around the surrounding. Gosh, the place looks like a refuge camp. You can see people lying on the seat with a cloth covering over them and lying on the seat sleeping. few parent sitting on the chair hugging their younger ones while trying to get them to take a nap.

We managed to get a Q number. It was 7002. We can only check in @ 1400hrs later. Time now was abt 0615hrs. Since that's the case, we sat @ Starbucks, order a cappuccino and a banana chocolate muffin and share. We were chatting and I suggested that we try to catch the sun rise since both of us are rarely an early bird. She was spontaneous and agreed to the plan. We throw our luggage @ the luggage point and got a tag and we sort of ran towards the East direction as I had a compass on my watch.

The solid view that we were about to see @ the altitude of almost 6000 feet above sea level was an eye opener. we captured the 1st shot ard 0704hrs and had done some posing for the cam till around 0755hrs. (& as for the embarrassing things that happened in between this time, haha.. it's just our "little secret" and for the other couple in the car as well..)


After that, we decided to roam around the places, hotel to hotel, cafe to cafe and getting ourselves familiarise with the area and how the link from one hotel to another works. To kill more time, she suggested that we catch a movie. the cinema were @ the indoor theme park. We watched IP Man @ 1030hrs (chinese show) Know what? Ours was a special seat. OSIM massage chair!!! OMG... kanna massage for @ last 1 solid hour. Before that, we had our breakfast @ BK. Wow, the white coffee was nice! So was the breakfast.

@ around 1348hrs, we let our feet rest a while @ coffeebean cafe located @ Resort Hotel. The cloud were sort of surrounding us and we were enjoying the cold air blowing @ our faces.

Around 1400hrs, we walked downward towards First World Hotel where we were supposed to check in. When we reached there, our Q number overshot. It was say.. 7006 now. So we cut the Q and show the receptionist our Q number. She was kind enough to entertain us. Less than 5 mins, we got the room card. Yippee...!!!! Proceed to the luggage counter to collect our luggage back. Q up again.. haha... about 1/2 hr.

Finally took our luggages, card to the door of our room and head straight to the lift and proceed to level 6 where our room number was 6803. (Honestly, it dun looks like 6th level at all when I look out from the window in the room, it looks much more higher than that, anyway, not impt)

she started off by snapping pics of the room while I was preparing all our charging points for hand phones and cams.

We rested for about 15 mins, took our shower and continue resting. Ok... my fault, I forgotten what we ate. Maybe she will refresh me later.

291208 @ abt 1300hrs, woke up.
Plan of going to the outdoor and indoor theme park cancel as it will be a waste as half a day was gone already. So decided to roam the place officially. We had our brunch @ Old town cafe ard 1503hrs. We had Nasi Rendang, Nasi Lemak, half boil eggs and peanut butter toast and 2 original old town white coffee.



















We then KLKK again, basically enjoying the cold weather and the company of one another. (like mentioned on the earlier blog. hand in hand, walking in a cool weather, some muack muack..(keekee)

After that, we go and searched for a place where we can have the fresh cool air and drinking our wine in peace. Found some spots and KIV them.

Then it was about time for dinner. We wanted to try Lakeview Garden Restaurant, but when we look @ the menu, the price look ex. Hence we decided to go to the indoor theme park again where the food court, fast food, shopping, movies, rides etc were. We tried out the BKT. (Bak Ku Teh). Not bad especially having hot soup on a cold weather. It cost us RM$41 something which is about the same as lakeview if we were to order fried kway teow. However, no regrets cos our main objective is to have fun and fill our tummy...

I believed we did had our fair share of KFC too during this day but can't recall was it lunch or dinner or supper. Anyway, the KFC was nice too compared to the ones in SIN.

After the makan, we KLKK to make some room in our tummy before heading back to the room to rest a while before we proceed and head out to the open garden and consume our wine.

We woke up @ 10am, plan is to conquer the theme park. We bought the in & outdoor whole day pass. When we went in, I was like "holy shit", look @ the number of people waiting for their rides.

We attempt to wait for some rides like the roller coaster and spaceshot (like giant oil drop in dreamworld auzzie) but, F*@#, so bloody long and slow... skip and go for another one. My mood turn for the bad, she senses it and tried to cheer me up ( I know she also hate to Q up and wait - correct me if I'm wrong)

We walk to another ride which is called mine train. When we reached there, the staff there just turn us away by saying this ride is currently temporary closed.

(You know, the number of rides they have against the number of customers is not balance lor... worst still quite a number of rides are closed... corkscrew, crazy space lab, now mine train etc...It's just trigger me off and I say out aloud "Why not closed the whole theme park if there are so many number of temporary closure of the rides) I guessed she was pissed off by my action.

From there on, both of us walks towards another ride where the conversation between us hit off to the minimum. I told myself, "oh shit!, I just pissed her off." we waited for about 35 mins b4 we can have our 1st ride of the day. "The Flying Dragon" which lasted a min.

We finally managed to catch a ride after spending an hour in the park. Three quarter through the ride, the jerky movement of the ride causes her to knock her elbow against the hard surface of the dragon seat we were in. That was where my video recording ends cos to me, she means more to me comparing to continue with the recording.

When we got off from that ride, I was glad she told me she just feel numb and pain but no fracture to the elbow.

That's where we decide to take a break. We walk around the park again, there she saw the carousel and say why not take this ride since there are no one in the Q. I say, ok as I do not want to have any other thrill rides that may cause more damage to her injured elbow. We sat on the horses that can go up & down, up and down and took some pics for her. Seeing her enjoying herself and no hurt can fall on her, I was happy too. After this ride, I suggested we go for snack and rest a while.

We proceed back to the indoor theme park and tried the Marybrown chicken.. (something like KFC) hmm.. their food are not bad too.

Time was about 1550hrs, she says wanna go OSIM again? haha.. massage movie leh.., so we bought tixs for a show call "The Spirit" which shows @ 1700hrs. Meantime, we proceed back to the room and rest. We went down again around 1630hrs, had few games of basketball then go watch this show. Honest view, I feel that this show is blah... She think so too... but it's ok cos just enjoying doing things together be it good or bad.

We walked back to the outdoor theme park again. there, we saw the flying coaster and it is not within the outdoor theme park compound. Therefore, this is not include in the park pass. We have to fork out another RM10. We put our stuffs into the safe box b4 we head for this ride...

Off we go, like super heroes, flying around in the sky @ super speed. It was fun... As she knows I like thrill ride, she asked if I wanna go again but to me, I dun mind but not necessary so I told her it's ok. I'm contented about the ride. We bought the photo from them which captured both of us in it.

It started to rain after that. We were glad that we managed to catch this ride before it rains.

We went back indoor and play baseball & basketball. Got the tickets and managed to redeem 1 small soft toy and a small pen with it.


After that, we were both sweating so we went for a shower, then open up the cuttlefish and proceed with wine #3. Martini Asli.

We drank the wine, took some pics then it's time to koon.


311208 (Last day @ Genting)

I woke up @ 10am, pack my things then wake her up to pack hers as we need to check out by 1200hrs. As I done my packing 1st, I left her in the room to continue packing while I go and confirm our booking of the coach back to Singapore. After confirming, I proceed back to the room again and help her with her luggage.

Oh ya, just remember this, the coach that we took back to Singapore, this one is much cooler than the one we took to Genting. It has a built-in TV console for games and video. We finished off 2 full shows throughout the journey back to Sin. 1st was Money not enough 2 and the other one was 1408

Money not enough 2
I would strongly recommend ppl to watch money not enough 2 especially the part where it comes to who is going to take care of the mom. Have they ever thought that when they were a baby, they shit & wet their pants, did the mother complaint or give up on them? NO! They still love the kid. Now that the mom is old and her urinal system is weak (equal to no control over them) The children start kicking the mother around. I think I should post a short statement on this in my facebook so that some people whom I know are like this and maybe this will be a wake up call to them... (Anyway, I shouldn't get too emotional on this. It is supposed to be a happy blog for this one) Ok, next show.

Wahh!!! This show powerful lor... Able to make her scream quite a number of times.. Fortunately I think the rest of the passengers are having their headphone on too.. I hope.. Otherwise, they would think what's happening behind the coach.

It was a very thrilling show. As each seat can play same or different shows, depending on the user, she was able to sync both mine and her seat show and make it as if our show are link up.

Halfway through, the coach stop for dinner break. She says the show finishing liao so wait a while. While the rest already out of the bus and it left only two of us on board. After 5 mins, we decided to come down for dinner as it was quite a long while before the show finishes.

While we were @ the door of the coach, it was "SHIT" the door was shut and we didn't know what is the bus driver number. Looks likes both of us are stranded in the coach without aircon.
We were able to reach panic mode where I just try my luck on those button display on the dashboard... Wheee.. Luck was with me, the 1st button that I pressed, it was the right one, the door open, we step down and I try to look for another button outside the coach to close the door but bor leh... So, as I noticed that the reaction of the door opening earlier was pretty slow, I decided to go back on board, press door close and rushed down. I MADE IT!!! Both of us are down and the door of the coach was close. @ that time, I was so proud of myself... ;)

Then we went to the canteen, order a kopi, follow by Ramli burger and share our meals. After that, all of us board the bus again and we were on the way back to Sin. We were discussing how we can go over to my Sue's place to do the countdown. Bye Bye 2008 and Hello 2009.

When we reached Boon Lay side, it was abt 2245hrs already. As there was no available taxi around, she call for cab. We headed over to her place when she took a quick shower while I wait for her in her room.
After that, It was already about 2330 hrs. We were about to leave her place, her mummy came out and asked Viv to drive her car over, which initially I was thinking, we take a cab to my sis place then after that I will drive her home, but since mommy already open up her mouth and suggest, accept lor as it was her kind and nice gesture of offering her car. (Why I dun want Viv to drive was I think she is tired and therefore prefer that I drive her back after that.)

When We reached Sue's place, it was already 0005hrs (1st Jan 2009), When we went in, they already fired all the poppers and sprays. There was a huge crowds there. This is the 1st time Viv meet all my sibling @ one go. From Ron except Juslyn as she was working (Sharmin & Cheria), Sue & Mike (Vernon, Shaun and Alexis) and Doris & Francis (Mavis - not there, working, Louis & Janis). Mom was not there as she went to play Mahjong.

Oh my dear niece Sharmin, I guess she was already high at that time, so Sharmin chatted with Viv, telling her that Mavis was mentioning to her (Sharmin) how cool she was (Viv) Could it be because of that she is so excited to see Viv? Oh well, I'm glad too as my niece likes her as much as I love her.

As it was as usual Popiah party, we have to roll our own popiah, so Viv and I started rolling it, eating and enjoying the wine as well as the company. Viv commented that the popiah is nice. Nicer than the one we had in the palace of some princess.. haaha ;)

About 0145hrs, we decided to make a move as I do not want to hold her back for too long. As my luggage is still in her car, she drove me to my house downstair which is 3 mins walk away from my Sue's place. Then I took out my luggage, kiss good nite and askher to sms me when she got back home. The carpark was full so I pointed to her to reverse into the NO PARKING zone so she can do a three point turn. To my surprise, she just zoom all the way in reverse gear to the exit. I was shocked!! Anyway, I am glad that she reached home safe & sound.

There might be few things that I may have left out here be it deliberately, accidental or forgotten...haha.. do remind me if any.. lol


Oh yeah.. dun mess with her...BASKETBALL (due to the profession confidential issue, you can only see the pro in action from side and back view only)


We went to the Funtasy world (Arcade games) where we challenged one another on basketball

Dun play play wor... She was a basketball player during secondary school time...Lucky for me and she gave chances and let me win her.



Overall, It was a 98% fantastic trip we had. I long for more like this with her again soon... the other 2% was screw up by me which she did told me not to be hard on myself. I will dear. I will..Therefore, the 2% was caused by ......anything lah.. The more impt one is the 98% compare to the silly 2%.

Thanks dear for being so forgiving and sharing this fantastic, wonderful, memorable trip with me...Ya, thanks for agreeing to come over to my sis place to do the count down.
